My name is Jennifer and I am an Accountant, and an Enrolled Agent.
Now, if you had told me 25 years ago that I would ever utter those words I never would have believed you.
Yet, today I am happiest when I am deep into a spreadsheet and analyzing data.
I love when things balance and producing clear and concise reports.
About: Who We Are
I did not intend to be an accountant (it is not really on the “what do you want to be when you grow up” poster in kindergarten), but here I am.
I also never would have believed that I also do taxes!!
However, after realizing my dream of starting my own business, Spyrian Business Solutions, I saw a need for adding tax services for my clients, especially those who are Sole Proprietors, Freelancers, and LLC members.
So I decided to get my Enrolled Agent Certification.
What is the world is that you may ask…
per the IRS:
"An enrolled agent is a person who has earned the privilege of representing taxpayers before the Internal Revenue Service."
"Enrolled agent status is the highest credential the IRS awards."
About: Who We Are
Now, not everyone needs full service high-level year-round accounting.
Some people simply need someone who can provide tax services who isn't dull.
Someone that speaks their language and can bring a bit of real world personality to the table.
That's me.
I'm a geeky accountant who provides tax services with a bit of a laugh.
